Facebook's custom audiences feature lets you create an audience using your data such as email addresses and phone numbers. When utilizing this feature, your data is hashed locally on your system before uploading it to Facebook for creating your custom audience ("Hashed Data"). You agree to certain terms by using this feature, ensuring all necessary rights and lawful bases to use and disclose the Hashed Data as per applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

If you provide Hashed Data, you agree to use only data you own as the advertiser, not augmenting it with other data unless expressly permitted by Facebook. You ensure you have the authority to use such data and will bind the advertiser to these terms.

You also warrant that the Hashed Data does not pertain to individuals who have opted out of targeted advertising. If an individual opts out after their data has been used for a custom audience, you will remove them from the audience.

You instruct Facebook to use the Hashed Data for matching processes. Facebook will not share this data with third parties or other advertisers, and will delete it after the matching process. They will also maintain its confidentiality and security.

Facebook will not disclose your custom audience(s) to third parties or other advertisers, nor use it for building profiles or any other purpose except to provide services to you, unless they have your permission or are legally required to do so.

Facebook may modify or discontinue the custom audiences feature, and you may stop using it or delete your custom audiences at any time.

You may not sell or transfer custom audiences, nor authorize others to do so.

These Custom Audiences Terms, and where applicable, the Data Processing Terms, govern your provision of Hashed Data to Facebook and your use of the custom audiences feature. The custom audiences feature is considered part of "Facebook" under its Terms of Service, and your use of this feature is deemed part of your use of "Facebook." In case of any conflict, these Custom Audiences Terms will prevail for the use of the custom audiences feature.
